Hospitality Consultant & Stock Auditor Specialist I have experience as an award-winning, Executive Chef and F&B Director with over 30 years’ experience in restaurants, hotels, and contract catering from independents to multi-site operations. I have successfully led £25M+ redevelopment projects, transformed underperforming venues and built high-performing teams that deliver exceptional quality and results. Now, as an independent consultant stocktaker, I work with hospitality businesses across the Cumbria region to improve profitability, streamline operations and advice on control of stock for pubs, restaurants, bars, hotels, members' clubs, or sports venues.
