I am an enthusiastic and commercially astute individual; I pride myself in adding value and my ability to communicate financial results to individuals at all levels within an organisation. I enjoy working in a fast pace environment where I can actively contribute to an organisation’s success. I am a resilient & diligent and I will always ensure that deadlines are met. Over the past three years I have worked for Cazoo initially in the role of Commercial Finance Analyst and then following promotion as Commercial Finance Manager. In both roles I partnered a number of directors in our business supporting the Sales, Logistics, Vehicle Prep Centres and our dealer network functions. My main success is working in collaboration with the Vehicle Preparation Director reducing vehicle preparation cost from over £1200 per car to under £700. Prior to working at Cazoo I was employed by Carnival Cruises as a Business Analyst, this role has involved collaborative working with the Marketing, Brand, Sales and Revenue teams, in the short time that I worked at Carnival I changed the travel agent incentive schemes with a more targeted approach (incentivising new to brand customers and incentivising slow selling cruises). Additionally, I also redesigned the entire budgeting process for Advertising spend. Prior to joining Carnival I was the Finance Planning and Analysis Manager for Hyundai, a position that I held for +10 years. Over this time Hyundai recorded huge growth within the UK market (2008 Sales of 28,500 cars –2019 Sales of approx. cars). I made a significant contribution to the organisation, ensuring that budgets and reforecasts were accurate and the successful delivery of a number of projects. One of my successes at Hyundai was managing the vehicle scrappage scheme, because of acting decisively Hyundai outsold ever other manufacturer who utilised the scheme. I also managed the Campaign Payment team; this team was recognised as a centre of excellence around the Hyundai group.
