When I first visited Ideaworks in 2007 it instantly appealed to me for exactly these reasons. Fast forward 8 years and it is now my pleasure to lead an amazing team of highly creative lighting designers and technical lighting experts. I relish working with some of the architectural and construction industries most creative people getting involved in a range of incredible projects in the UK and worldwide. I love the positive influence I can have on a project, being able to change how a space will look, and how people will be influenced though the lighting. I regularly visit amazing projects which inspire and influence me in my future designs. It gives me a huge sense of pride seeing the outcome of my team’s hard work on these beautifully finished projects.Although managing a team of designers is in itself a full time role, I still keep involved in the detailed design of the projects, ensuring I share my knowledge and the entire teams experience on each project. Every new project excites me as a new opportunity to do something special, unique, better than before and importantly to impress our clients.
