I forge excellent working relationships with my colleagues, third parties, clinicians, and management. I always endeavour to present myself in an approachable manner and I believe I have built a reputation of being someone who can be relied upon to guide, assist and support while driving improvement. I never shy away from anything new and see each challenge as an opportunity to further develop my knowledge and skills. I have had the opportunity to employ and develop these, as well as other attributes in the management of a number of significant projects. These projects include the installation of new MRI and CT scanners with a comprehensive redevelopment of the Imaging Department, and service provision and delivery projects aimed at driving activity and revenue in a safe and sustainable manner.
