About Paul Rodgers

I am a proven leader with over 20 years of experience in both the military and civilian sectors; currently serving as United States Army officer and a Distribution executive for Target Corporation and Geodis. I love to lead diverse teams of professionals as they accomplish the goals and objectives of our company or unit mission. Leadership development is one of my key focuses as I look to the long term growth and success of the organizations I serve. Whether I am serving the people of my country, state or local community, I focus my efforts on service, commitment and providing efficient and effective results. I desire to continue advancing my civilian and military careers as I continue to grow as a leader. I offer a people first leadership style that is also operationally focused in order to achieve long term strategic results.
