He is also known for his fair treatment of employees and is guided by the principle that the success of the individuals sum up to the success of the organization. A strong supporter of teams and developer of individual potential, Paul has had success in bridging gaps in the business and technology environments. Paul has held P&L responsibilities in a number of leadership and management roles in the both the public and the private sectors. With over 25 years in the Information Technology business sector, Paul has developed an adaptable presence with demonstrated business acumen that inspires trust and loyalty with clients, business partners, senior management and employees. With a focus on customer service, Paul has developed a reputation of being a fair, resourceful and responsible business leader who has successfully participated in different roles in and around his specialty areas. In his volunteer efforts, Paul was the Chair of the Board for PDit Canada Inc. which is a wholly owned company of the Canadian Information Processing Society (CIPS). He was in that position from 2001 to 2008 and during that period he worked on the development and execution of the annual Informatics events as well as the development of plans and projects to enhance the professional development of IT professionals. He was also the Treasurer of the Software Human Resource Council (SHRC) and was on the Board of SHRC from to 2005.
