Experienced Information Technology leader responsible for leading and developing the Group IT Service Management, Business Relationship Management and Partner Management functions within one of the largest Not for Profit organisations in the UK. Extensive operational experience in managing complex IT multi service tower contracts and vendors through a SIAM model. Experience gained over the past 20 years in IT have equipped me with the necessary skills and business acumen to understand business objectives and translate those into effective IT services, bringing innovation and business agility.
