He is experienced in operational management and leadership, high visibility project management, contracted services/facilities management and strategic planning and execution. He also has strong organizational, time management and communication skills; and a proven ability to work within a team to get results through proper leadership, planning, and execution. Paul understands and respects the value of relationships. He believes in a culture that fosters audacious hospitality, engaging an ideal team and serving every man, woman and child through wholeness, justice, and compassion. As a teenager with the assistance of some key collaborators, he collected more than toys for needy families. Paul has served on more than 10 different boards and committees in the local community. Giving back and serving his community is among the most important life lessons he has learned and can teach – a trait he gained from his parents and grandparents – and currently shares with his family. Paul is also an author of a children’s chapter book - B.M. Poop’s The Story of Sheriff Deuce; various family-oriented content books with activities, puzzles, and coloring pages; and an original short story penned for a best-selling two-volume anthology - Stay Awhile: Scenes from Temecula Valley - The Restroom Door. Paul got the writing bug early after reading every scrapbook his grandfather assembled. Such an amazing life he led, and such an incredible gift when he wrote his autobiography Life to Live. Using his electric typewriter, he drafted the thickest of life’s stories. That is when Paul knew he wanted to be an author.
