About Paul Sablock

My tenure in commercial real estate includes over 40 years, with specific expertise in industrial Agency (sales/leasing), Tenant Representation, Investment Sales, Site Disposition and Plant Closures (Land Sales) and Speculative/Build-to-Suit Development transactions. I execute sales and leasing transactions on behalf of the corporate and institutional clients of the firm and oversee the coordination of regional business development activities in the industrial sector across all JLL business lines. My transaction volume exceeds $1.5 billion in consideration and includes numerous landmark transactions. I have strong relationships with major developers, institutional/private investors and corporate\​entrepreneurial occupiers of industrial product throughout Southern California. I lead JLL's Central Industrial Team, a highly collaborative team of professionals who leverage their individual strengths to deliver JLL’s fully integrated service platform in the Southern California industrial real estate market. We specifically focus on three major Los Angeles infill industrial markets; Central Los Angeles, Mid Counties and the South Bay. Our delivery model differs from traditional brokerage firms in that we utilize the vast array of JLL’s core services and technologies in the execution of their transaction strategies. With over 40 years of combined industrial experience in the Southern California in-fill regions, our team has successfully represented clients in industrial sales and leasing, plant closures and dispositions, ground-up development, supply chain and logistics strategies and investment sales. We have developed a strong track record with our clients by combining real world solutions with proven implementation on all levels.
