From Paul:"I grew up in a family construction business and started at the very bottom of the company, learning, performing and understanding how each aspect of the job worked. This experience taught me how to analyze issues individually and target specific solutions. As I rose through the company, I used my experience to teach others how to problem solve in the most efficient and cost effective way. Using 21 st century technology, guided leadership, and old fashioned family values, I am running all my companies with an eye towards the benefit of my clients, stakeholders and team of outstanding people."
