I am a Certified Scrum Master since 2020, a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt since 2025, and have years of experience working with multiple teams across software development and engineering disciplines. I am a charismatic leader, brimming with passion and enthusiasm. I have an exemplary work ethic and dedication to structured and individual education. I employ active listening to grow as an individual and teammate and provide lasting value and purpose to the team I serve.I am looking to find a role that capitalizes on my exceptional interpersonal soft skills and utilizes my advanced understanding of technology, I want to expand human connections to lead others in exploring the efficacy of Agile Methodologies, I believe in taking the extra time to build foundational trust with teammates to further enable them for competent self-direction and sustainable growth.I previously served as the interim Scrum Master for hardware engineering teams in the Digital Workforce Enablement space from April 2022 to August of 2022. I led all ceremonies, including Reviews for high level corporate stake holders. I dynamically incorporated each teams working style and FTO fluctuations to appropriately plan sprint goals and maintain overall velocity. I expanded upon the previous Scrum Master’s automation efforts to maximize Jira’s utility, minimizing effort for repetition, and gaining back engineering time. At the end of the interim period, while the department was reorganizing, I facilitated the onboarding of the newly hired Scrum Master II to hasten familiarization with team norms.Over the past 3 years, I have worked in mentorship capacity with 5 scrum masters across multiple organizations within Liberty Mutual. I have worked with 5 teams, using both Scrum and Kanban disciplines, and have been the sole acting Scrum Master for 3 of those teams.
