I have the educational and professional experience to be the educator, consultant, facilitator and leader you desire. Over the last fours years I have worked within the Chicago Public Schools, facilitating and supervising the Wyman Teen Outreach Program under the Teen Pregnancy Prevention Initiative. This experience allowed me to develop as a direct service provider as well as manager, and from this role I have gained valuable insight and experience regarding various learning styles and programs. Joined with my years of rigorous education and employment, I have acquired and developed the skills to be a learning and training expert, a collaborative leader and a steadfast staff resource. My comprehensive professional and academic background provides me a rich knowledge base to draw from, which I use to create productive operational programs. I consistently utilize the skills and strengths of various stakeholders to foster growth, investment and build community partnerships effectively and efficiently.
