About Paul Serra

Originally a software developer, Paul Serra has always had a passion for problem solving. At the age of 16, he had taken his first job as an IT Consultant, building web applications with a focus in the banking sector. After a few years in the workforce, Paul attended California University of Pennsylvania and left after a year to pursue his own business ventures. As an entrepreneur, he quickly realized the importance of big data, analytics, and the exponentially positive effects technology can have on business. As a result, Paul started taking on clients in the field of advertising, where he engineered campaign management systems and became familiar with the industry. In 2014 Paul joined Royal Square Development Group in York, PA as Chief Technology Officer, where he employed technology solutions to drive sales and target marketing, all with the goal of accelerating economic growth in the area. Before returning to his roots in software engineering, Paul helped found a programming school in York, PA. Currently, Paul is working to develop meaningful solutions while inspiring others to find true joy in doing the same. To quote him "I'd like to see a world where people are excited to get out of bed in the morning. It’s my hope to share that passion through doing."
