About Paul Shepherd

First and foremost, I love all things automotive and helping people with their automotive needs. I got my start at the dealer in the technical side of things, begining with Jaguar, moving to Mercedes Benz and becoming Master Certified in 2008. I knew that to further my education, I had to get involved with the independant side of the business and was lucky enough to get in touch with an amazing mentor and independent shop owner. Together we opened a new location in Henderson where I started as the Shop Foreman, repairing a wide range of car lines from BMW, Mini, VW, Audi to Smart Cars, Sprinter vans, Jags and Land Rovers. As the business grew I took on a hybrid role of Service Manager/Shop Foreman all while still getting my hands dirty handling complex diagnostic concerns as they arose, but also directly helping our clients resolve any concerns they may have and ensuring that their personal experience was positive from the time they first arrive to the moment they drive away. I also played a part in the education of our technicians in training as teaching is another passion of mine. Currently, I am enjoying getting my hands on all of the new MB models coming out, Diagnosing and repairing the latest technology.
