Today, I partner closely with founders and senior leaders to define new and often unique positions, strategically source high-impact candidates, and manage recruitment processes with precision and discretion. From crafting advanced Boolean searches to mapping target companies and approaching passive candidates, I take a research-led and relationship-first approach to finding the right people for the right opportunities.
