With 14 years of experience leading maintenance operations while serving in the US Air Force, with a 5 year special duty as an avionics technical school instructor with teaching hours. Provided quality control and assurance resulting in a major command compliance inspection "excellent" rating. Redesigned unit structure, job positions, and personnel forecasting; reduced manning requirements by 50%. Led 3 different career fields with more than 50 employees, providing security and war ready assets to aid in the protection of The Republic of Korea. Created a new Excel/Access product to accurately track parts and aircraft status reducing excess downtime by 40%. Streamlined the cannibalization program reducing manning needs by 50% and increasing production 25%. Drove standards to fix self inspection discrepancies; conquered Higher Headquarters inspection in the organizations most forward deployed aircraft maintenance squadron.
