I am currently employed as General Manager for Dream Courts. Part of the LK Group of businesses and closely aligned with the National Basketball League. Dream Courts is leader within our industry of sports and construction. Previous to this role I was employed with Bollore Logistics Australia as General Manager. Bollore is one of the top 10 global logistics/supply chain leaders, top 5 in Europe, number 1 in France and number 1 in Africa. It is now within the growing Australia/Asia Pacific region.Prior to Bollore, I was employed as a Regional Director for G4S Asia Middle East Region, delivering cash solutions/operational management/transport & logistics/distribution & warehouse/supply chain/security services across all industries. By number of employees, G4S is one of the largest businesses around the globe. In this role I lead the company’s operational efforts, overseeing all business and administration departments and functions whilst managing the complete P&L. I have overseen the complete turn-around of our Thailand business. The results achieved over the course of the last 2 years have been significant.Before joining G4S, I worked for Linfox Armaguard (Australia) as the Regional Operations Manager – and was lucky enough to work with Australia's largest retailers, financial institutions and industry leaders; such as Coles, Woolworths, Myer, Bunnings, Big 4 Banks, Reserve Bank of Australia, government agencies, and many other key customers.I’m truly passionate about my work and am always looking to improve and find ways to reduce operating costs and increase profits and productivity levels. I am also eager to connect with other industry leading counterparts. While I enjoy all aspects of my job, I very much like setting the business strategy/forward planning, implementing changes for the better and developing people. I have successfully completed the Graduate Diploma in Criminology from The University of Melbourne and Bachelor of Science Psychology from Victoria University.
