About Paul Stavrou

As a former NCAA Division I athlete, I understand what it means to compete at the highest level. Earning that opportunity wasn’t handed to me — it came from thousands of hours of training, countless emails, cold calls, and relentless networking to create my own path. I learned early that nothing replaces discipline, preparation, and the willingness to outwork the competition.Balancing Division I athletics with academics, coaching, reffing, and networking, strengthened my ability to perform under pressure, manage time efficiently, and stay focused on long-term goals. That same competitive drive now fuels my transition into finance. I’m eager to be coached, prepared to learn, and driven for success. I am ready to climb a corporate ladder with the same dedication and persistence that helped me become a NCAA Division 1 Athlete.
