Current position involves IT Governance, architecture and infrastructure in the Insurance industry. Working in the team of the NN Insurance International CIO to support architecture across 11 countries. NN Group has an aggressive "move to the cloud" strategy and is going through a comprehensive digital transformation. As a company, we are becoming a customer-centric and data-driven company. Our approach is based on evolving current skills while developing new capabilities and an entrepreneurial mindset to meet changing customer demands and to stay competitive and relevant in the future We have set our targets around excellent customer experience, engaged employees and positive contribution to society. All of these elements must be realized by developing and maintaining a sustainable IT strategy and architecture. Insurance International is a very diverse group of local business units in a variety of markets. Developing the IT architecture and building an active and engaged architecture community in this context is a challenging, but very rewarding position.
