I love helping people improve their businesses from negotiating ideal lease terms to helping franchisees start up new revenue generating programs like delivery. I enjoy the challenge of working with over 375 locations and 125 ownership groups. It is thrilling to provide training to such a large group of stores and owners knowing the information and ideas shared will help to improve a large number of people's lives. I am an experienced Director Of Leasing with a demonstrated history of working in the restaurants industry. Over the years, I have negotiated the financial terms for 300 or more new leases. At one point we completed 20 leases in 13 weeks. That type of volume takes a lot of organization and attention to details. During the COVID-19 shutdown, I reached out to every landlord to get rent relief for our franchisees. I had hundreds of conversations with franchisees and and landlords during this time. I was able to secure 56 agreements helping to make this huge financial shock a little bit more palatable for our franchisees. This was equal to about 2-3 years' worth or work during a few months.I am skilled in Operations Management which includes working with a staff of 13 and a wide diversity and number of people to achieve organizational goals. I have planned, organized and delivered over 100 presentations over the years covering interesting topics such as seasoned breads, toaster ovens, chopped salads, wraps, breakfast, customer service, delivery and many other programs. During the start of the COVID-19 crisis, I developed and presented 6 Zoom Territory Meetings equal to 2 years' worth of presentations. I have also written our monthly newsletters and numerous memos to support each of these initiatives and ongoing operations. All of this work was made possible with the help of an incredible staff that had decades of experience with us. It is very rare to have this much longevity in the restaurant industry. We strongly believed in first selecting kind, genuine and caring people. We treated our employees with dignity and respect, and we provided them with the tools and training they needed to be successful. As in any business, when your employees are happy, your customers are happy and well cared for.
