About Paul Stillo

In one way or another, at this point, I've basically spent most of my life in the service of Canadian #film and #television #composers! I've had a variety of duties during my 34+ years at SOCAN: matching TV performances to their respective cue sheets; processing cue sheets; analyzing administration agreements pertaining to certain films and series; directly dealing with composers and publishers and managing their #catalogs and #royalties. It's been an amazing journey! I've gotten the opportunity to meet and to work with some of the most amazingly talented artists of our country. Actually, I'd go as far as to describe their talents as world class. In addition to my work at SOCAN, I spent some time in the 80s and 90s playing in various bands around town (fun times). Since 1995, I've been performing solo piano at private and corporate events. Several years ago, I even spent some time being a booking agent, trying to find private/corporate events for some incredibly talented musicians. And lately, I've also been having some fun releasing my own original music.
