With over 30 years of experience in IT, I am passionate about driving value from the application of technology to business challenges. As a Product Strategist at FlowForma, I lead the product strategy, ensuring that our product aligns with the expectations of the market and our committed customer base. I am also responsible for scaling the business through the acquisition of key clients, across all territories. I have a certification in Leadership and Management from UCD Professional Academy, and completed an Innovation 4 Growth Program at IfM/EI, where I learned about innovation theory and practice. I have skills in SaaS Development, IT Business Analysis, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and have won an ICT Excellence award for Project of the Year. I act as a product ambassador, evangelizing the FlowForma concept of a Digital Process Automation platform that empowers businesspeople to rapidly digitize a wide range of activities.
