I am a corporate lawyer and have been ranked as a leading individual for corporate finance in the South West by legal guides Chambers UK and Legal 500. Legal 500: “clients have great confidence in Paul”. I handle corporate matters such as mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, shareholder arrangements and group reorganisations. I am also experienced in acting for management/companies in private equity work including MBOs, MBIs and investments, as well as advising more widely on general corporate matters and corporate governance. I also handle associated commercial matters. I was a partner at Bond Pearce before joining Temple Bright in 2012. Temple Bright is a different law firm.
