About Paul Suva

Prior to joining FedEx Philippines, I held the position of External Auditor at a manufacturing firm for over three years. During this tenure, I traveled throughout Luzon, visiting various company depots to conduct audits and bank reconciliations. My responsibilities included verifying inventory levels, ensuring compliance with company standard operating procedures, and monitoring employee adherence to established protocols. Afterward, I transitioned to the FedEx shipping team, where I served as a Customer Agent in the finance department. My primary tasked was on updating invoices for high-profile clients for approximately a year. Subsequently, I moved to the Customs Clearance Department, where I assumed the role of Acting Team Leader for the Clearance Monitoring Team. Where in, I oversaw team members, assigned tasks, ensured efficient processing, and provided updates to both internal and external clients. Finally, I was requested to contribute to the development of a new team responsible for administrative and ancillary billing within the department. I actively participated in designing the process flow from initiation to completion, implementing contingency plans, and establishing timelines. Presently, I am serving as the Team Leader for the team I helped establish. Our primary objective is to reconcile and document all incoming and outgoing funds, ensuring that the process aligns seamlessly with established standard operating procedures.
