About Paul Szeman

For nearly 30 years, I have been leading the HGL Group, a company that delivers service excellence in security, customs brokerage, warehouse logistics and freight forwarding, in the time critical sectors of numerous industries in Hungary and Central Europe. As the CEO/owner and Development Director, I oversee the strategic direction, operational performance, and financial growth of the company, while ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. With a military logistics background and a BSc in Mechanical Engineering, I have more than 29 years of experience in the logistics and transportation industry, working with various international and regional companies. I have developed and managed industry leading logistical businesses in the CEE region, with a focus on new business development, security, warehouse, and logistics management. I hold the FCILT credential from CILT (UK), and I am fluent in Hungarian and English. I am passionate about delivering solutions that meet the needs and expectations of our clients, partners, and stakeholders.
