With over 20 years of experience in senior executive, corporate leadership and Board roles with leading South Australian organisations I have a proven track record of significant change management and innovation implementation at strategic and operational levels. My career is defined by developing high performing teams, improving business performance and delivering memorable customer experiences that drive strategic outcomes and profitability. Like other successful leaders I demonstrate a strong and highly visible leadership style based on an unyielding foundation of integrity. Highlights of my career are the achievement of a Net Promoter Score of +87 at Lakeside Villages and a Net Promoter Score of +76 at ECH from the survey of our 1,800 independent retirement living residents conducted by Best Practice Australia. There is nothing more rewarding than seeing a vision come to fruition by transforming a team and business into a high performing team with superior business performance that results in the delivery of memorable customer experiences and more importantly seeing the impact it makes on the team members and customers. I am a passionate believer that happy, engaged and appreciated staff equals happy customers.
