About Paul Tindle

I lead a team of Senior Fraud investigators in both the Fraud Complaints team and the performance & controls team. This ultimately protects both ours members and Nationwide’s Brand whilst adhering to the rules set out by our regulators. I have also created and headed the Fraud Complaints team within Nationwide which is my current exciting project I’ve built from the ground up. Fostering a better relationship management between both our members and other areas of the business whilst adhering to the FCA Complaints regulations. This allows me to see the most complex and critically sensitive cases that can see myself and my team liaising with legal, media and FOS relationship teams. With over eight years of leadership experience. I am a people focused leader and strive to give my team an enabled environment from wherever they work best, albeit at home or, in our offices. This allows them to make empowered decisions to save thousands of pounds of our members money going to criminals.
