About Paul van Herk
I am an experienced architect and urban designer whose practice is informed by research and writing into the histories, instruments and cultures that underpin urban development and spatial cultures. I have previously held roles as a Project Architect at McBride Charles Ryan (Melbourne), Urban Designer at MVRDV (Rotterdam), Design Architect at Adjaye Associates (Accra) and Senior Architect at Snøhetta (Melbourne). In 2018 I was a researcher and designer at Strelka Institute (Moscow) in 'The New Normal' program and I currently am a part-time Associate at Monash Art Projects delivering public art projects.
