About Paul Wagemaker
Paul Wagemaker is a professional chef with more than 15 years of experience. At the age of fifteen he starts working in the kitchen with great pleasure. In the meantime, he got his degree as a trained chef in Amsterdam. He has worked with great and ambitious chefs in various restaurants in the higher segment. While working as a chef in a large restaurant for 10 years, he found his passion for chocolate and therefore he graduated in specialized pastry in 2009. In 2017 Paul started his own chocolatery "Chocolate Planet" where he is able to use all his ideas and creativity. As a chocolatier, Paul came in contact with Chocolate World and which eventually led to becoming an ambassador for Chocolate World. Paul participated in the competition "the best bonbon of the Netherlands" in 2021 and he proudly achieved a spot in the top 10. Paul enjoys helping other people and sharing his knowledge. On Instagram he is giving online tutorials and he is offering online mentorship.
