I have over 18 years of experience in Food and Non Food Retail, working for three of the UK's main supermarkets, I am a commercially focused retail professional with a progressive proven track record of effectively managing coaching and leading my teams, through excellent communication and influencing skills and the ability to plan and prioritise all areas of the business. I believe in the giving of great customer service to enhance the shopping experience to my customers and inspiring and engaging my colleagues. I deliver the company's vision, acting as a role model to maximise the profitability of my store As a versatile and multi skilled retail leader whom is highly motivational, resourceful, positive, with strong communication skills at all levels regional to colleague. I am very passionate about creating and managing customer focused winning teams through engaged colleagues, who are coached to deliver a great customer shopping experience every time as well as achieving KPI'S set. Throughout my career I have always involved myself in leading, motivating and managing performance levels, to exceed given targets and identify new ways of generating is maintained. I have also worked in a variety of other industries, Event Management, Leisure and Security roles, this has made myself a more rounded individual with a varied business skill set
