About Paul Watson

Paul has been a United States Marine Corps officer candidate and a candidate platoon sergeant at USMC Officer Candidate School in Quantico, VA for two training cycles. At OCS he lead a platoon of over 60 future Marine Corps officers as well as candidates at the Orange County Officer Selection Station in Irvine, CA assisted in physical, academic, and leadership training and development of a pool of over 50 future Marine Corps leaders. Paul then graduated from Concordia University in Orange County, CA in 2015 with a Bachelor’s Degree. Fast forward to 2016, Paul was hired at Ashford University as an Recruiting Services Advisor, lead the Education division in student enrollment and retention, all while completing his Masters degree in Organizational Development & Leadership at the University of the Rockies in Denver, CO with a specialization in Marketing & Recruiting Technology. Paul did not leave Ashford University until being promoted a second time to the Military enrollment division as a Lead Military Recruitment Advisor. In May of 2018, Paul received an offer to join the recruiting department at Aya Healthcare, a healthcare staffing and recruiting organization with consecutive top workplace to work for and best staffing company in San Diego awards as well as the #1 healthcare staffing agency in the United States with over active working healthcare professionals. Paul was promoted to Senior Recruiter in February of 2020 and earned the titles of Senior Recruiter II-IV & Associate Team Manager of Recruitment in September of 2020. Most recently, Paul was promoted again to Recruiting Team Manager as of October 2021 and is presently responsible for overseeing the success and retention of a team of 21+ Recruiters including their active working Registered Nurses and Allied Clinicians in all 50 states of the United States.
