Paul leads the Finance Transformation & Performance Management Consulting practice for Deloitte across Asia Pacific spanning Australia, China, Japan, India, South East Asia and New Zealand. He has over 25 years experience in advising and managing complex finance transformation and enterprise performance management projects for blue-chip multinational clients. He has extensive international experience in finance line management and consulting across Australia, Asia, the United Kingdom and the United States. His areas of expertise cover Finance function strategy and target operating models, Finance transformation programmes, Finance AI, shared services, global business services, the application of digital technologies (cloud ERP, RPA, AI, visualisation and advanced analytics) into Finance, enterprise performance management (planning, budgeting & forecasting, value driver, KPI and scorecard development) and Finance talent and capability. Paul is also passionate about helping Finance professionals succeed in their careers, supporting CFOs with role readiness and transition planning and improving the commercial and digital skills of Finance teams. He is global thought leader on Finance Business Partnering. He sits on the Deloitte Australia CFO Program Council and Deloitte's Global Finance Transformation Consulting Leadership Team.
