The majority of time has been spent within the document communications arena assisting process change and transformation utilising technology within organisations. Automated door entry, virtual reception and concierge systems linking to digital smart boxes for safe entry and secure storage of e-commerce, deliveries and asset management. A full business acumen that has come from running my own business and many conversations with CFO, FD, MD, COO over a number of years has developed my consultative approach to fully understand the challenges being faced within their businesses. Many years of sales experience has allowed me to successfully coach, advise and deliver improvement within a team, either in a training or infield environment. My success has also come from my ethical approach to the sales interaction between my clients and I that has to led to long term advisory relationships.
