What motivates a person to become more proactive in his work? How do you motivate a person or a entire team to get difficult tasks done? Allot of theories exist, sitting patiently in a management book. This is where my interest lies, how do you put these theories into practice, what works and what is only nice as a theory. Over the years we run several big projects related to "Smart customization" and I learned that only working on the project is not enough, the key is working on the team. Forming and managing interpersonal relations and working together towards a common goal, to get an mindset and spirit in the team that can brake concrete walls.
