During my master's degree in mechanical/process and energy engineering, I deepened my knowledge of lean management as a working student. My final thesis on the development of a UVC water filter was based on an award-winning business idea that I developed during this time. My open and entrepreneurial mindset shapes my passion for innovation, entrepreneurship and the symbiosis of energy, sustainability, the environment and digital applications. This passion is expressed not only in my time as Group Energy Manager and member of the Sustainability Team at Schoeller Allibert, but also in my continuous participation in events and coaching sessions on the subject of entrepreneurship. Designing and improving operational processes fulfills me just as much as developing innovative solutions. My diverse background - from dual studies to international work as a Group Energy Manager - reflects my dynamic mindset and openness to new challenges. 🧠 My goals include not only a successful career, but also lifelong learning and starting my own business in one of my areas of interest.
