I’m known throughout my industry as a networking expert, and have established an excellent career based on my ability to network, negotiate, and communicate with union organizers, site supervisors and superintendents, organizational leadership, and suppliers to achieve company goals and maintain profitability. Growing up around the construction and contracting industry, I developed the drive and passion for establishing project parameters, negotiating with all parties, and executing construction projects that exceed quality standards and the clients’ expectations, all while reducing costs for my organization. As the Pre-Construction Manager and Senior Estimator for one of Canada’s largest contractors, I was specifically recruited to drive the company’s aggressive business development initiative. Using my established experience in industrial construction programs and unique networking abilities, I’ve doubled my organization’s annual revenue and established $28M in new contracts since 2016. I thrive in leading my organization through all stages of project management. My success comes directly from my ability to maintain synergy and communication with all stakeholders, and my greatest accomplishments are due to my team mentality in recognizing my team members for successes while taking sole responsibility for shortfalls. Additionally, I take pride in advising strategic management on market conditions and current abilities of the organization.
