About Paula B.

As the Co-Founder and Creative Director of Random Los Angeles, a boutique creative agency, I have been leading and collaborating with a talented team of designers, writers, producers, and strategists for over eight years. We specialize in creating engaging and impactful communications, branding, and UX solutions for clients across various industries and sectors.With a BA in Visual Communications, a PhD in Design, and a certification in The Analytics Edge from MITx, I have a strong background and passion for design, data, and storytelling. I have also leveraged my skills and experience to work as a HCI design consultant for Harvard Medical School and as a Creative Director for Curacao, a retailer with 12 stores in Southern California, and for Orci, a multicultural advertising agency in Los Angeles. My mission is to keep learning, creating, and designing for positive change.
