About Paula Bernardi

As a Product Designer focused on UX/UI, I combine strategic thinking and continuous iteration to create digital experiences that truly deliver value. My professional journey began in ATL and BTL advertising agencies, where I spent several years developing comprehensive campaigns for brands across different industries. That fast-paced environment trained me to solve problems quickly, communicate effectively with clients, and truly understand what they wanted to express—even when they couldn’t fully articulate it. It taught me to read between the lines and connect with real needs. Over time, I decided to shift my focus to UX/UI design—a path that has allowed me to bring forward other personal strengths beyond empathy. Today, I draw on my strategic thinking, my ability to see the bigger picture, and my genuine curiosity for usability and human-centered design. I love exploring how users interact with a product, identifying friction points, and designing clear, functional, and meaningful solutions. Currently, I’m working with a dedicated UX/UI mentor whose guidance has helped me grow and take my professional practice to the next level. I’m always evolving, learning how to shape better products through research, prototyping, and thoughtful iteration.
