We established Vanguard Digital Consulting to focus on bringing the next generation of talent to data analytics with a keen eye on diversity. We are committed to creating opportunities for individuals who face unique challenges and may not have a straightforward path into the field of data. Our focus is on identifying passionate individuals who aspire to build a career in data but may lack the typical entry-level background required for graduate programs. Our goal is to foster inclusivity and provide equal opportunities for underrepresented groups, including women in tech, individuals with neurodiverse backgrounds, and people from diverse demographics. By doing so, we aim to expand the horizons of possibilities and create a more diverse and vibrant data community.
