My work as a Community Support Officer in the NDIS sector allows me to combine my skills in staff management, recruitment, onboarding, and compliance, all while ensuring a high standard of care for participants. I am driven by the desire to empower others, focusing on person-centred care and inclusivity. With hands-on experience in supporting people with disabilities, I take pride in coordinating services that align with industry standards and ensure compliance regulations are always met. In addition to my practical experience, I am currently advancing my expertise by pursuing a Master of Human Resources and Employment relations at the University of Western Australia.
