Helping others is not just what I do. It's my gift and passion. Although I work in sales, I don't sell, I inform you of the information needed to better your lifestyle. Here's a brief overview of my years of experience in retail management, Healthcare, and Fitness industry. I'm currently a Fitness consultant. I help clients get on track with their health and fitness by holding them accountable and keeping them motivated, creating the right workout plan, using safe practices to avoid injuries and recommending the proper nutrition that best fit the individual. My degree is in Health Information Management Technology. I obtained a certificate as an RHIT. I dedicated 3 years to healthcare as a Trauma Registrar (data abstractor). My work played a role on the backend ensuring for research purposes that patient care was held to standard. I dedicated 10 years in the retail industry moving up the chains from Barista, Shift Supervisor, to Store Manager at Starbucks. I learned a range of skills from customer service, scheduling, resolving conflict, money management, etc. All of these experiences made me the person I am today!
