I have had the good fortune to work behind the scenes in a wide range of companies and help them enhance their integral HR policy by introducing new concepts. I have a proven track record of success in improving processes and getting the best out of people by introducing best practices. I am flexible and able to switch my focus between various clients and organisational layers without losing sight of the common goal. My most important personal values are: responsibility, engagement, and trust. ⇨ What can I contribute? Besides making an active contribution to the development of the (HR) strategy and advising the management in order to achieve the company goals, I am experienced in formulating and implementing policy within organisations, working from my solid background in employment law. Also I have wide experience in change management. I give training courses, am fluent in Dutch (native) and a proficient (near-native) speaker of English. My strong awareness of the organisation and work environment enables me to create staff loyalty and build bridges. I work and think at an academic level while taking a practical approach.
