Dr Paula King is a globally recognised executive coach and CEO of Kingstown College. She holds a Doctorate in Psychology and an MSc in Coaching and Organisational Development from Portsmouth University. As the founder and past President of the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC) Ireland, she also serves as a Board Member with EMCC Global. Paula is the author of “Becoming a Master Coach,” regarded as one of the most influential books in the coaching profession. She is a Master Certified Coach (MCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and holds the Master Practitioner level with EMCC Global. Additionally, she is an internationally certified Team Coach and Accredited Coach Supervisor. Her approach embraces strengths-inspired change, holding accreditation from the David L. Cooperrider Center for Appreciative Inquiry. Honoured with the Best Global Coaching Leaders Award in Mumbai, Paula has also received the European Coach of the Year Award from EMCC Global and the ICF Presidents Award – Coach of the Year. With over 20 years of experience, she has coached leaders from Big 4 accountancy firms, SMEs, and multinationals, including CEOs, politicians, and media figures.
