About Paula Knode

I am a creative and enthusiastic person who strives to go above and beyond in everything I do. I love working with people. I have never met a person whom I can not start a conversation with. I am a great listener and know what questions to ask to draw people out and allow me to get to know them. I can work successfully with a team or I can be just as successful working on my own with little to no supervision. Special projects and assignments outside of normal responsibilities are things that I love to do. My 25 years of work experience in the beauty industry has given me the experience and communication skills that can be useful in any environment. My experience with Dan Ryan Builders, Excel Youth, and FHCC has taught me the importance of good communication skills. I understand that excellent communication is essential for successful relationships as this has assisted me in working with business owners at First Data, where I welcomed and supported new business owners.
