About Paula Kramer

I'm the managing partner at Baguette Magic, a beloved neighborhood bakery, and a partner in both the business and front-of-house operations at Kultura, a Filipino restaurant rooted in culture, community, and storytelling. I started in small restaurants with little formal training — learning how to read a P&L, build budgets, and lead teams through trial, error, and persistence. That experience shaped my passion for helping others grow by providing the kind of tools, structure, and support I once struggled to find. Today, I’m still learning every day. I’m focused on scaling Baguette Magic into a multi-unit concept, expanding Kultura, and launching a frozen food brand. I’m always looking for new opportunities to grow my businesses — and to connect with others who are navigating similar paths in food, hospitality, and entrepreneurship. I care deeply about meaningful hospitality, uplifting women in the industry, and creating environments where people can thrive.
