Canterbury Christ Church University | PhD (Queer Feminist Narrative Inquiry)| Fellow (HEA) I am a compassionate, strategic, and values-driven leader with over 20 years' experience in higher education and clinical nursing. As Associate Head of School: Pre-Registration Nursing and Midwifery, I lead transformational curriculum design, inclusive education, and regulatory excellence — most notably overseeing our most successful NMC reapproval to date and achieving 100% student satisfaction on the MSc Nursing (Adult). My leadership centres co-production, social justice, and the student voice. I have co-created unified nursing and midwifery programmes that embed equity and amplify marginalised perspectives, particularly through my research into social justice and LGBTQIA+ experiences of healthcare. I am an active researcher and founding member of INCISE, with ongoing funded work evaluating the impact of social justice in nursing education. I supervise PG research and champion innovation in learning, teaching, and compassionate leadership.
