Paula Maher is a highly experienced professional with 20 years’ experience across a variety of industry sectors. A fully qualified Librarian, her career has spanned Higher Education with Dublin City University and the Dublin Institute of Technology, as well as in Legal and Medical sectors and most recently in Media across Digital, Television and Radio platforms. Paula is a strongly motivated lifelong learner with keen interest in and demonstrable passion for keeping apace of changing technologies and the consequent evolutions of the librarian role and skills. Paula is passionate about equality and inclusion and is currently pursuing a Masters of Business in Equality Diversity and Inclusion with IADT. Naturally curious and intuitive, with a strong customer-first ethos, Paula is hard-working and dedicated, demonstrating exceptional tenacity and attention to detail, while respecting time pressures and naturally bringing warmth to any environment in which she operates. With such diversity and strength of skill and character, Paula is equally capable working independently, leading a group or as part of a team driving towards a common goal. With a consistently successful track record during her career in Raidió Teilifís Éireann (RTÉ) to-date, Paula is now seeking new opportunities and would be an undoubted asset to any organisation which provides her the opportunity.
