Her exceptional business management experience was a key factor in the success of the newly established small business. Her financial business background weighed heavily in navigating the effects of the global economy during the COVID crisis. Proudly, MAC Telcom LLC is now 4yrs in business and gaining rapid growth. Prior to starting her telecommunications company, she also had a strong history of working in the financial services industry in senior level positions with over 20+ years experience. Paula is highly experienced within the Compliance sector, specifically KYC/AML, BSA, EDD, Global Sanctions Reviews, AML-Law Regulations and Procedures, Risk Assessments, Credit Analyzing, Fin-crime, transaction monitoring for cryptocurrency market transactions. Paula possesses strong client On-Boarding Compliance Operations Management, Semi-large Team Management with an expected mutual "Team Player" mentality.
