As a specialist in strategic support for research institutions, I bring over 18 years of experience in the academic and government sectors. My expertise spans several key areas: Scientific information Academic publishing Research performance evaluation Training and consultation Customer Success Project management My educational background includes a Master's degree in Information Sciences and Library Sciences from the University of Lodz. Throughout my career, I have held various roles in academic institutions in Poland, including academic librarian, information specialist, trainer, and PR specialist at: University of Humanities and Economics in Lodz Pedagogical University in Lodz University of Lodz Medical University of Lodz In addition to my professional roles, I was a board member and project manager at the Fenomen Foundation, where I focused on embracing academic libraries and digital education to transform the Polish academic libraries landscape. I have also completed several advanced training programs to enhance my leadership and training skills: School of Leaders of the Polish-American Freedom Foundation (2022) Elsevier Leadership Program (2023) SWPS University Advanced Program for Trainers (2024) I am passionate about leveraging my skills and experience to provide practical support to research institutions, helping them achieve better research outcomes and strategic development.
