Background
About Paula Monroe
Teaching is my passion and it is what I love to do. I have over 15 years of experience in Education. As an elementary school teacher I had the pleasure of teaching 1st, 2nd, and 4th grades. After nine years of teaching, I became an Assistant Principal. Two years later I transitioned to a more flexible schedule and started teaching online. While teaching online, I had the pleasure of teaching adults ESL at a local community college. For the past four years, I have been an online teacher working with children and adults from around the world. Along with my professional experience, I am a mother of three adult children and 3 amazing grandchildren. Providing students with a structured, caring, and fun educational experience; and guiding teachers to be the best they can be is what motivates me to continue in the education field.
